A bespoke 6-month training and development programme built around the needs of YOU and the demands of the fast-moving music and creative industries.

This is our core programme where you will be recruited as an employee for the charity working 3 days a week in key areas such as content, admin, events and PA duties, giving you first hand experience. Each shoot is given an individual personal development plan and supported by our management team to build technical and transferable skills preparing them for the end of the programme and progressing into follow-on industry opportunities.

An intensive bursary paid 8-week training programme for Young People aged 18-24  who would like to learn more about the variety of roles that exist in the sector by the industry itself.

Participants take part in Q&As with professionals at all levels of their careers, go on industry tours, develop their CV's and professional profiles and be given creative briefs to enhance their skills. They will also collectively curate their own end of project “Cultivate” event.

The SEEDS Programme is an initiative designed to engage young people aged 16–21. The programme delivers practical creative and employability skills through hands-on workshops, industry insight sessions, and employability skills. Each SEEDS cohort runs over 3–4 days, delivered monthly in partnership with local youth clubs, ensuring in-house recruitment and authentic engagement with young people who are most in need of opportunity, support, and positive direction.
